I have always wanted to go there so when we finally did it was like this place is amazing and a photographer's dream, everywhere you look in the day or night there is a possible picture.

The iconic yellow cabs, the architecture, Central Park, the list goes on.

I took most of these images using an old 35 mm film camera, that I brought with me because I wanted to capture a sense of timelessness which digital somehow just doesn’t seem to be able to do.         

It's so easy to walk around the big apple snapping away although it can get a bit tiring!
